"Perfect little apartment for a short stay in Paris. Metro station, cafés and supermarket all close by. The aircon was very much appreciated during this extremely hot period. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the big shower was fantastic. Thank you, Eric!"

"The property is situated opposite the entrance to the Metro, so getting into Paris on the very regular trains was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the mattress was excellent for a good night's sleep and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower."

"The studio is located in a very quiet area, 3 minutes away from a metro station, and very close to Rue Daguerre where there is a fresh produce market and lots of nice places to eat. The room is small, but the bed is very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean!"

"The appartment is in a great location, close to the metro and it is to easy walk to the landmarks from there if one so desires. The bed was comfortable and the space perfect for a couple. The communication with Eric was easy and straight forward. We would be happy to stay at this place next time we visit Paris."

"Some small fixes that were not terrible, but could have improved our stay are: * the toilet water box keeps leaking water when flushing with the small botton. The sound was quite strong and lasted for about an hour in some occasions. *The heating is through the vents close to the roof, so to get the appartment to warm up, it was necessary to increase the temperature to 30C on the thermostat to reach a feeling of about 20C (we visited at the end of December). After that initial phase, it was easy to keep the flat warm."

"L'emplacement idéal très proche du métro, supermarché à moins de 100 mètres, brasserie de qualité et boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. Décoration soignée et de bon goût. Literie confortable. Belle salle de bain confortable et bien équipée. Kitchenette pratique. Calme malgré une situation centrale."

"Manque de mode d'emploi du thermostat mural mais après un coup de fil au gérant Eric, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Manque quelques fournitures de base (2-3 dosettes pour le café, poivre, sel, sachet de thé...)."

"Propreté impeccable, lit d'excellente qualité, télévision très grand format d'excellente qualité, salle de bain vraiment très confortable, décoration cohérente et reposante, et surtout une climatisation efficace et ultra silencieuse. Petit coin cuisine suffisant pour deux. En bas de l'immeuble, une boulangerie de très bonne qualité, qui vend aussi toutes sortes de thés, dont du thé vert bio ! Nous avions perdu le code d'entrée de l'immeuble, nos avons contacté le propriétaire qui fut très réactif."
