"This is a small studio, perfect for single or couple. it was clean, the location was perfect for our needs; it is 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to anything. The tram stop, connecting the main train station it is located right beside. The apartment was quiet enough at night. Plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The host responded very quikly to any enquires we had."
"The shower drain could do with more regular maintance/unblocking. Availability of wine glasses and dishwasher liquid wouldn't harm."

"One should have a piece of soap with as one does not find there any, still there was a tooth brush and toothpaste and shower gel as well. Also note that the suitcase must be dragged up and down the spiral staircase."

"Riscaldamento non adeguato. C’erano vicini rumorosi. Qualcuno nell’edificio lasciava la porte d ingresso aperte e circolavano odori di fumo (sigarette) e di cibo cucinato. Si fuma nell’edificio anche se è vietato."

Sinon, le logement était un peu bruyant, cimpréhensible vu où il était situé, mais même le voisin, j'avais l'impression de l'entendre marcher."
