"The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made dining recommendations. It's convenient, right across from the Lille Flandres station but our room, facing the front, was quiet with no traffic noise. The breakfast was enjoyable with a range of food and drink. Coffee and pastries are available in the dining area during the day."

"The dining area is small and, at the weekend, crowded and noisy. On a couple of mornings the coffee machine didn't work. The buffet area is also small leading to some crowding and confusion on a busy morning."

"Location fabulous. Access to hot drinks and cakes, fantastic idea. Breakfast great, but area can't cope when busy. We experienced a Saturday, when cups, plates, juice, bread, cheese, ham had run out and was replenished slowly."
