"the property was beautiful, quiet, clean and perfect! it had a/c which was a godsend because it got very hot! There is a small fenced yard and sliding patio door for our dogs-we stayed with our 3 dogs and there was a beautiful walking trail nearby. parking was in front of the house. A bakery, restaurant and butcher shop also within 1 minute walk."

"What a gem, located in the middle of Caen. The apartment was very well decorated, tidy and clean. We were in New York There was a separate double bedroom, large bathroom and living room which had a sofa bed. The kitchen had all you needed. The apartment was on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. The owner/ host communicated clearly and made arrival and departure easy. There's an underground car park just round the corner at €22 per day, which is reasonable for a City centre. Would definitely stay again. Thank you"
