"What a gem, located in the middle of Caen. The apartment was very well decorated, tidy and clean. We were in New York There was a separate double bedroom, large bathroom and living room which had a sofa bed. The kitchen had all you needed. The apartment was on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. The owner/ host communicated clearly and made arrival and departure easy. There's an underground car park just round the corner at €22 per day, which is reasonable for a City centre. Would definitely stay again. Thank you"

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'établissement est situé en plein centre-ville, dans une charmante petite ville à l'atmosphère chaleureuse. L'eau de la source thermale y est réputée pour ses vertus curatives. Le propriétaire est sympathique et très accueillant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous le remercions et lui souhaitons beaucoup de succès dans son activité."

"The surrounings were beautiful, and the cottage was nice. We didn't have a car during our stay and is was hard to get a taxi but Madeleine who worked there helped us and it all worked out. Her service was more than we could hope for! An overall wonderfull stay!"
