Radisson Hotel Clermont-Ferrand

"Great customer service, location and facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable."

"Aucun."

"The location was good, as was the facilities in the room. The staff were friendly and patient with my very limited French."

"We arrived about 18:30, spent ages trying to get a response from reception to access the car park. I eventually left the car and went into reception and again waited for a member off staff to assist me. Eventually once checked in we asked about booking a table in the restaurant, only to be told the at the restaurant was closed and the member of staff was working alone, but we could have basic food in the bar. We went and ordered some drinks and saw a pizza menu and enquired about it and was told it ended at 19:00. We had driven over 600 miles and we’re not pleased. We ordered more drinks and a delivery pizza which was amazing. We felt sorry for the only member of staff doing everything, and when we checked out they had removed the bar bill. I’m guessing as an apology which was very nice of them. I would stay here again as the restaurant being closed wasn’t the staffs fault."

"Very helpful and nice staff, excellent breakfast, comfort as usual"

"Parking entry is difficult to find, no possibility/place to stop in front of the hotel reception"

"Well maintained modern hotel- underground great parking. Staff friendly."

"Was a bit confusing as hotel had changed name between booking and arrival so a few circuits of the area trying to find it!! Hotel was ideal for short stay"

"Excellent staff, comfortable room and quiet. Great value. Near tram and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to Place Jaude."

"Roadworks outside and signs did not give Kyriad Prestige but Radisson. Luckily our taxi driver knew"

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous clean room, easy underground parking with lift up to our room, made everything super easy. Everything was perfect. We are on a European road trip, and we have to say the breakfast was absolutely stunning, very fresh and tasty, set us up for our trip to Italia."

"Nothing at all, we can’t wait to return in the near future."

"Room decor was great and being on the 5th floor gave us a great view. Good bed and shower facilities. Private parking a huge bonus. Good breakfast!"

"More info about how to access the underground parking would be good, we just found it by accident because the main road was closed."

"Very comfortable room with a tea kettle and a mini-fridge. Helpful staff. Hotel is not far from the tram. Nice breakfast selection."

"Not knowing Clermont-Ferrand very well, it seems that the hotel is located in a business district so the neighborhood isn't very charming, but a short walk shopping and restaurants."
