"Lift was only from the 1st floor (not ground). No dryer, just a washing machine, but we just tried the clothes around the apartment as we had good weather. Stayed over a weekend and some ‘party’ noise from the street in the front bedroom."

"Check in was easy. The lady who met us was very nice and helpful. The host had excellent communication skills, kindly facilitated an early check-in (thank you!), and was very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine and immediately responded with a workable solution for us. The apartment is in a charming building, was fairly well equipped and the location is great. It matches the description in the listing."

"As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is located on a busy street so there is noise all night long from people walking in the streets below e.g. drunken yelling, and people wheeling suitcases on the cobblestones. This can't be heard from the internal bedroom, however, just the front bedroom and living room (sofa bed). Ear plugs are essential for light sleepers. (This is just a function of the location, obviously not the fault of the host!). While the apartment was extremely clean, it would have been more hygienic to have a new kitchen sponge, not a used one. It would also be good to have a second tea towel. There were 2 dishwashing cubes supplied (we had a 4 night stay) so we hand washed our dishes on 2 days. The kitchen tap hot water stream is weak and not hot enough to wash up, so we had to boil the kettle to get adequate hot water. We didn't really mind the extra hassle, but just to mention to future guests that they may wish to bring extra dishwasher cubes sufficient for their stay."

"The location was perfect for exploring the Strasbourg Christmas Markets. The apartment slept comfortably 6 people and was really warm and clean."

"Delivery trucks a little noisy sometimes early morning and sometimes at night noisy party goers heading home. A small price to pay as rest was perfect."
