"Gabriel is an extraordinary host, super kind and helpful. The location is new and clean, the outdoor hot shower was truly a pleasant surprise, especially useful for surfers. Gabriel also provides racks and hangers to store surfboards and wetsuits. Very helpful! Overall, strategic location, within walking distance of the beaches of Santocha and Oceanide, but overall convenient for getting around Capbreton and Hossegor."

"Zeer moderne woning, kwalitatief gerenoveerd en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. De airco was met de hete temperaturen meer dan welkom. De locatie, dichtbij het strand en op wandelafstand van de dorpskern zijn onmogelijk te evenaren. Ook al is het overdag een zeer drukke plek, Santocha beach lijkt echt 'the place to be' voor surfers, 's avonds daalt de rust dankbaar terug over de buurt. Tip: voorzie iets meer glazen om uit te drinken, zelfs de wijnglazen ontbraken. Zet eventueel ook enkele ligstoelen ter beschikking in het mooie tuintje. We komen hier zeker terug!"

"Todo, fantástica ubicación, muy cómodo y limpio. La terraza muy bien. Bien equipado, tiene cafetera tipo Nespresso, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado, una ducha exterior en la terraza… Los dueños muy amables."
