"The apartment is situated in a quiet residential street, a couple of kilometres from the centre of town. Parking is on-site and protected by electronic gates (just be careful when reversing out of the gate to avoid grounding). The apartment covers the whole of the ground floor (our hostess lives upstairs) and is spacious, well-furnished in a modern style and really well-equipped. The entrance is round the side of the house, where there is a small covered terrace with table and chairs. Definitely a good place to relax and 'chill out'."

The property is located at the quiet end of Menton and the walk to the old town was very enjoyable along the sea front. There are 2 bakeries and cafes very close and a carrefour city literally next door."

"Nice place in a small village. Free parking in a closed area (door locked during the night). Homeowners live in a separate house, where breakfast is served. They provided a coffee machine (we did not use it as we drink tea in the morning). The owners are very friendly (not very usual in France according to our experience). If you like sweet breakfast, you would like these. He provided 5-6 different jams and butter and different bakeries; she prepared her own yoghurt for guests. There was juice and fruit."

"The convenience and access to places we were going to. Very easy access to Reception and early 'get in' plus late 'get out'. The bed was comfortable and there were tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms. The breakfast was included and it was very very good indeed."
