"Great location, friendly and helpful host. Issues quickly resolved. Good facilities in general. Proximity to the lake, shops, coffee shop and cycle path was excellent."

"Some confusion over the availability of on-site parking but this was resolved by the host temporarily. Issues with internet and the coffee machine were resolved quickly."

"Acceuil bien organisé, studio bien agencé, parking sur place, secteur calme et situation géographique qui nous convenait parfaitement près du lac d'Annecy et de la ville, à proximité de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac et près de la route menant au col des Aravis, nous conservons l'adresse."

"Il faudrait voir avec le propriétaire, car il y avait une odeur, relativement forte, de solvant qui se dégagée au rez-de-chaussée, odeur semblant venir du côté de la porte fermée située face à la porte d'entrée d'accès à l'escalier menant au studio de location situé à l'étage."

"Petit studio idéalement placé, vraiment très calme. Literie confortable, tout l'équipement dont on a besoin. Commerces à proximité. L'accueil au top par Christine, toujours là pour vous venir en aide, elle vous répond rapidement dès que vous lui envoyez un message, très sympathique !!! Je vous recommande cette location à 100%."
