"Location: is great. Lots of transport accesses, only 20min from Eurostar. There are good big supermarkets nearby as well as local restaurants. Laundry is other side of the street. It was perfect for us. Facilities: great shower! No leak, strong pressure and steady temperature. Could not be better :) kitchen equipped nicely, we had everything we would need. Space: very spacious and super clean lovely apartment. And Natalie who welcomed us despite arriving late, she was most charming kind lady. We had fantastic time! One note - lift is very small, although the apartment is amazing for all families if you plan to bring a big buggy you may need to reconsider. It won’t fit."

"We booked this apartment at the last minute as another cancelled on us. The hosts communication was top notch beforehand and met us as we arrived at the property. Instructions for getting into the building were easy to follow and understand. We were provided water, coffee and knowledge of the area. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Great location just a 10 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe with plenty of food and drink options close by. Excellent host and perfect apartment."

"The location was amazing with bars and restaurants nearby. Our hostess, Nathalie, was very nice, helpful, and recommended us things to do. The apartment itself was really clean, comfortable and spacious. The fact that there was a balcony made the stay even better, because we could enjoy the view from up there as well. Everything was really good and would definitely love to book again if I ever decide to come back."

"Pergo is a fabulous apartment in a quiet part of central Paris. It is on the fifth floor but there is a tiny lift which is great for luggage. 2 big bedrooms with queen bed ( very comfortable) and single in one room and 2 singles in the other. Big living room with big couch and TV. Very good shower and nice bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped plus big fridge and freezer. Plus washing machine. Lovely host who showed us around the apartment but also gave great recommendations where to buy groceries and places to eat. All close by. Close to Metro station and short walk to Arc de triomphe. I would happily stay there again."

"We loved our stay in this apartment. It was well appointed and authentically Parisian. There was enough hot water for 5 of us to have hot showers each day. Such a great location with easy access to transport (Metro, RER), Arc de Triomphe, Trocodero, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees etc."
