"This place was perfect for spending a few days exploring Paris. It stood out above all for its value for money, as the location was good, the neighborhood was quiet, and the price was very reasonable. The host was very kind and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The apartment had everything you needed—a kettle, cups, plates, a hairdryer, shower gel, towels, Wi-Fi, etc. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The only thing to note is that the apartment is quite small, on the 4th floor without an elevator, and that sometimes you can hear sounds from other apartments in the building, but it didn't bother us."

"Everything about this studio was spotlessly clean and perfectly functioning. There is a lot to do around the neighbourhood as well as many cute cafes and bars. It’s well connected and the check in/out process went without a itch. The host is very responsive and kind. The price is unbeatable for the area."

"It’s obviously very small but for a weekend (or even more if you don’t mind always eating out) it’s perfect and so cheap. If you are not travelling solo I’d suggest going with your partner or a very close friend you don’t mind sharing space with."

"Het ligt in een hele fijne wijk met een relaxte sfeer. Er zijn ook veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Voor mij was het ook ideaal dat het precies tussen Gare de Lyon en Gare du Nord ligt; beiden zo'n 35 minuten lopen. Ik had namelijk een tussenstop van een nachtje bij mijn treinreis vanaf Barcelona naar Nederland. Het was ook heerlijk rustig, dus geen overmatige geluiden van buren gehoord. Verder is er een mooie grote supermarkt vlakbij en het ligt ook bij een metrostation, waar ik overigens geen gebruik van heb gemaakt."

"Het is echt piepklein. Er is een tweepersoons bedbank die uitgeklapt kan worden, maar dan kan de deur niet meer open. Gelukkig was ik alleen en kon ik erop liggen zonder hem uit te klappen, maar voor 2 personen zou ik het wel te klein vinden. Ik ben vrij lang (1m89) en heb een paar keer mijn hoofd gestoten als ik iets wilde pakken. Verder zit het appartementje op de 4e verdieping en is er geen lift, dus wel sjouwen als je een zware koffer of reistas hebt. Maar goed, het is verder best compleet en de prijs was laag voor Parijs."

"Sehr gut gelegen, angenehmes, lebhaftes und gleichzeitig sicher erscheinende Umgebung. Das Studio ist sehr klein, vermittelt Wohnmobilgefuehl. Sehr funktionale Einrichtung, alles funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Sehr bequemes Schlafsofa."

"Zugang zum 4. Stockwerk mit fast 80 Treppenstufen beschwerlich. Leider durften wir das Gepäck am Abreisetag nicht noch etwas länger dort lassen."

"Byl to velmi útulný pokojík v suoer čtvrti. Všude bylo blízko pěšky, nebo i na stanice metra nebo busu. Přijeli jsme z Bercy, také to byl kousek. V bytě bylo vše, co 1-2 lidé nenároční na prostor potřebují k přespání."

"Byť jsme větrali, v bytě se drželo vlhko. Co se vaření týká , je to pouze na ohraní v mikrovlnce, nebo snídani- čaj, káva, max. něco na 1 plotýnce. Na více tam není prostor na vaření a pak ani na konzumaci- malý skládací stolek se2 sklad. židlemi."
