"The apartment is good, 2 separate rooms, very comfortable mattresses, lots of towels, blankets, pillows, there is a washing machine. The owner provides powder. Large comfortable balcony with chairs and a table. There is air conditioning. Nearby is a stop and a train station. 10 minutes walk to the beach or 5 stops on bus A and B and 602 to Juan-les-Pins beach. Very satisfied, we recommend."

No hesitation in fully recommending this accommodation. Communication from Aidan and Sandrine was first class.The local people were so helpful and friendly."

"The tranquillity of the location. It is on the side of a gentle hill with views onto distant hills. The room is furnished with an old fashioned wooden table with two matching chairs which reminded me of my grandmothers house. The bed is solid with modern mattress. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern twin induction hob and there is a convection microwave. No dishwasher, instead there is a fancy draining array to stack the cutlery, crockery and pans - fun to use. Plenty of hot gushing water in the shower and all the plumbing works just fine."

"Very good location and the apartment is huge - plenty of space. It is equipped with everything you can imagine - kitchen is full of crockery, pots/pans, cutlery, etc. not just basic set up - but you can find anything you might ever need when cooking a meal. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good quality, plenty of towels of all sizes. On top of that the garden was a great addition - kids loved playing there. The nearest beach is only 10 mins walk - ideal location with restaurants, shops, etc."
