"The location is fantastic. The flat is nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen (though surprisingly, there was no kettle). The Wi-Fi was decent. It’s a quiet place with close proximity to public transportation, and overall, very tastefully decorated. Easy communication with stuff through booking.com."
"The shower was leaking quite a lot — from the hose, the tap, and even the shower head. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the kitchen had some cracks and missing handles. We reported these issues right away, and the staff acknowledged them, so hopefully they’ll be fixed for future guests. It would also be nice to have a washbasin in the toilet, since you have to wait to wash your hands if someone is using the bathroom (the only place with a sink). Another small, but significant detail: there were no hooks anywhere in the apartment, so there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels. The big cupboard in the corridor was only used to store the vacuum cleaner and bags on the floor, but adding a simple rod with hangers — plus hooks in the rooms, corridor, and bathroom — would make the space much more practical. Each bedroom only had a tiny cupboard, and there was no storage at all in the living room. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, so making a cup of tea wasn’t possible. Finally, there was no explanation about garbage disposal, which would have been helpful."

"Tolle Lage in einem geschlossenen Compound. Immer ein problemloser Parkplatz fürs Auto, Bäckerei und kleiner Gemischtwarenladen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, größere Supermärkte in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Steinstrand, der zum Compound gehört in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar - man kann in Badekleidung an den Strand gehen. Der Strand ist auch von außerhalb der Anlage zugänglich, da aber nebenan ein großer öffentlicher Strand ist, bekommt man an dem kleinen Strand im Compound immer gut einen Platz. Wasser ist sehr sauber, gut zu Schnorcheln und Schwimmen, mit einer Decke kann man sich auch in den Kies oder die Steinplatten legen. Haus ist sehr großzügig vom Platz, die Küche ist komplett und gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schöner Hauptbalkon mit einem Kamin als Grill, zusätzlich noch Dachbalkon. 3 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten, neu gemachtes Bad mit Dusche, separates WC."
"Logement très agréable, cocooning proche du centre ville historique, des commerces et restaurants, bien équipé. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement, pas loin de l'appartement (parkings et emplacements gratuits à proximité). Après une visite du vieux Auxerre, nous avons pu nous détendre dans la baignoire balnéo. Les hôtes sont réactifs et se soucient du confort de votre séjour."

"Magnifique appartement. Tout neuf avec de belles prestations. Rien ne manque pour 4 personnes...peut être un faitout pour les spaghettis. 😄😄😄 la rapidité du gestionnaire pour le réglage de la télévision , 5mn chrono. Le parking privé et la route à traverser pour aller aux thermes. Le centre ville est agréable et à 10mn à pied."
