"Room was not ready when I arrived. I communicated two days prior with management that I wanted to early access b/c we were traveling with a baby. We did not get into the room until 5:30PM that evening and had to wait in a small lobby with four adults and baby for 2 hours after traveling all night on flight. Very disappointing, poor communication. I made it clear I would gladly pay the early access fee, but turns out the previous guests had late check out and b/c they left late we were severely inconvenienced."
