"The place was clean and comfortable and the staff was lovely. Some people complain about having to download an app to check in and get a key, but that is no longer the case, you get sent a code. The neighbourhood is indeed noisy and a little rough around the edges, but that's just how Marseille itself is. With the windows closed, it was quiet in the room and I love the area, full of cool cafes and good restaurants and an easy walking distance to the centre."
"My only qualm is that it is only staffed between 10am and 5pm, so if you need to leave early and have your bags stored, it is not possible."

"Although this hotel is a self service checkin accommodation ( via smartphone) there is still very kind staff available for questions during day time. Rooms are perfectly soundproof, no noise from outside. Good Airconditioning ! Nice big bed, a real kingsize. Breakfast can be ordered in boxes delivered to your room door. There is a coffee and thee lounge for free and their shampoos and body was is of superior quality. (Brand is l'Occitaine ) Absolutely a place to return to if they maintain this quality!"
"This hotel is about quality, it was surprising to feel that the duvets are made of synthetic fibers. They make you feel too warm. That is the only thing I can remark about this great accommodation."
