"Everything was great for two tired cyclists. Wonderful shower, two comfortable double beds. WiFi excellent, two coffee machines which were well used. Washing machine to refresh our kit with a lovely garden space to dry it all. Large TV and a very good shower."

"Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka, niczego nam nie brakowało, do tego bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. W pokoju był francuski balkon z ładnym widokiem, a drzwi balkonowe szczelnie wygłuszały dźwięk. Budynek ma windę, więc nie trzeba wchodzić na 4. piętro. Lokal jest w okolicy dworca i stacji Nice-Ville, nie ma problemu z komunikacją miejską, pokój jest w dobrze skomunikowanej okolicy, w której też czuliśmy się bezpiecznie."

"This is a new location as a first time offering. David and his family have inveted significnt time, effort and funds in bringing this historical property to life. Whilst a way to go with the gardens and polish, the interior and facilites are first class. The property is well suited to a group of friends looking for a weekeder or a family on tour with several bedrooms and an excelltly appointed kitchen and dining room. David's enthusiasm is quite infectious and teh range of options around teh region in close proximity means there is plenty to do."

"It’s comfortable, cosy, quiet, rural and romantic. Much more fun than a conventional hotel and lovely design /attention to detail. Breakfast was a delight, with homemade jam and yoghurt, very good cheese and ham, croissants and a warm baguette. We also slept very well. Lovely private setting on a hillside with overhanging fruit trees, a small balcony where we ate our delicious breakfast and a little garden with loungers. You can park nearby and it’s easily reached down a few steps and then along a path. The hosts are super warm and helpful."
