"The location is perfect, right in the city center. Free parking included. Very big room, spotless clean. One can see the attention to details in every corner of the house. Breakfast was also special and tasty, with local products. We also had a nice talk with the owner and Cehov, the dog of the house. :) One of the best places we stayed so far in France."

"Lovely room with a breakfast of your dreams. Good position for exploring Saint Aignan, which is well worth a look round. The property is off the road that is adjacent to the river - so just a note, our sat nav took us to the lane at the rear of the house. There is a good restaurant virtually next door, with an interesting selection of others within easy walking distance in the older part of the town."

"Super large room in a grand converted old stables. Really huge comfy bed with excellent quality bedding. Large bathroom and great shower. Very quiet location by the river and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Lovely town with a castle grounds to explore. Lorraine was lovely and extremely helpful in recommending where to eat and drink and breakfast was exceptionally good, local and fresh. We loved that you can park in the secure courtyard off the road. Only two rooms ( one was being renovated while we were there so not yet ready) We hope to return as its a good stopover for travel through France."

"It was perfect and beautifully kept. We were so comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious including the home made jam. The best accommodation you could wish for."

"The property is absolutely magnificent with a beautiful view on the Cher river. It’s ideally located to visit the charming town of Saint-Aignan by foot and the zoo is only about a 5 minute drive. It also includes a parking space, which is a great plus! The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail and the bedding is great. Lorraine was an incredible host, who paid great attention to us and gave us tips and advice on different restaurants and activities to do in the area. She also knows the history of the town very well which made our visit all the more enriching. The cherry on top of the cake was the fabulous breakfast she prepared for us, which was not only plentiful but also delicious! Thank you very much Lorraine, we will be visiting again!"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Maison Adrienne. L’accueil était très sympathique et toutes les explications nous ont été données. Le bâtiment ancien est très beau, bien rénové. La chambre est belle, extrêmement propre, très confortable. La literie était très bien. Nous avons apprécié la télé connectée qui nous a permis de regarder un film le soir. La salle de bain est neuve, grande, et bien chauffée. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel : œufs, charcuterie et fromages locaux, brioche, croissant, pancakes, fruits, … Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le zoo de Beauval mais aussi les alentours. On peut se rendre à pieds dans les restaurants de Saint-Aignan sans avoir à reprendre la voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir"
