"Location: 10 minutes walking to metro, 3 minutes to groceries, family restaurant and really good boulangerie nearby. Quite and peacefull district, no tourist crowds Apartments located in a kind of renovated manor with luxurious front entrance. There are both an elevator and wooden ladder to get upstairs. The room is quite small even for two persons, but has all needed facilities, even microwave and coffee machine with capsules. Air conditioner is presented too, which is rare thing for Paris' apartmnets. We like how manor history is mixed with modern arts. Trully recommend staying here."

"Beautiful decor, excellent facilities including a coffee machine. Very clean and a lovely shower. Supermarket, excellent bakery and lovely bistros all very close. Extremely good value for money and makes a good base to tour Paris."

"There were only 3 hooks on the wall. Would have been no faults if there was somewhere to hang clothes."

"Lovely apartment in Montparnasse. Quiet location with shops, restaurants, bar, patisserie's, grocery store very close by. Fabulous butcher shop around the corner and the Metro any direction a 5 minute walk away. Communication was great with the host. Had an elevator for one person and a Bag a bit of a luxury in Paris."

"Was very small, we were 3 adults probably suited more for two. Pull out lounge was not comfortable and definitely not for two people to sleep on. More cutlery is required and no bench space for preparing your own meals."
