"What a wonderful place to spend a few days. Wish we had stayed longer. Very kind and flexible attention to our needs (even though we aren't very demanding). Amazing renovation or maybe one could say a rebirth/repurposing of a very old stone barn. The wooden feeding troughs are restored and featured in the dining area. My wife and I truly enjoy stays with table d'hôtes (guest table). Wonderful dinners both nights with locally grown/gathered ingredients. We stayed in the Sève de pin (Pine sap) room. Wonderful sheets."

"The apartment was clean, warm and ideal for our needs. With only a five minute walk to a covered market and a further three minutes to the sea front. There was also a supermarket within a five minute walk. The free parking was also an added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again...."

"The location is wonderful- perfect to experience a little of France and yet with the convenience of being near the motorway for onward travel. The property is very pretty with ponds, weeping willows and gardens. We had dinner and it was, no lie, sublime. Martine's tartiflette is exceptional, as were the figs from her garden for dessert. Yum! Breakfast featured her fresh-pressed citrus juice and her own pancakes with confitures, among them a home-made mirabelle one. The bed was really comfortable and we look forward to returning soon (we hope!)."

"Fabulous setting in a lovely area with a wonderful host and very friendly feline! Very quiet and peaceful after a very busy road journey from the Pyrenees. Swimming pool a genuine bonus and perfect respite after a hard day's travel. A handy downstairs studio with a microwave and kitchenette. Secure, private parking: Look out for a grey sliding gate with a gated archway as an entrance location marker. Perfect stop-off point for heading to the northern ports.
