"Patricia and Phillipe’s hospitality was unbeatable. Such a warm greeting, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was fresh, homemade and varied slightly each morning, a real personal touch. The property itself is breathtaking, gorgeous pool area and hammock tucked away in beautiful gardens. Our downstairs room was incredible, the bed was huge, very comfortable and it was so quiet. Wonderful facilities and the best bathroom we’ve ever had the pleasure of using! Our stay was made even more memorable by Zorro, the most affectionate and beautiful cat who enjoyed cuddles in the lounge during games nights."

An fine location for visiting a lot of highly interesting locations in the neighborhood, a marvelous maintained farmhouse with all the modern conveniences, very nice and accommodating hosts. Parking on the premisses. Large garden with lots of spaces to sit down or have a meal. Very quiet and ideal for spending some relaxing days to rest."

"We had a blissful stay at L'Oree du Ciel - a beautiful and tastefully furnished house in a tranquil country location with a lovely pool. Patricia and Philippe were warm and welcoming hosts from the moment we arrived until the day of departure - it felt like we were personal, rather than paying guests. Our room was thoughtfully furnished and equipped; beautifully clean and carefully maintained. And the food was truly excellent, from the superb breakfasts (a little different every day) to the evenings when we elected to stay for supper. Nothing was too much trouble; from providing me with a yoga mat when I needed one to recommending local restaurants and markets. We loved it."

"The property is stunning and being just outside of Cordes-sur-Ciel means it is both relaxing and out of the way, but close enough to the Medieval towns to keep you busy with things to do and places to see. The breakfast was perfect, the pool is well kept and ideal for when the weather is nice. Both Patricia and Phillipe were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home."

"I can highly recommend l'Oree du ciel. The hosts were lovely, very attentive and charming. The breakfast was excellent, the fresh squeezed juice truly a bonus. l'Oree is a short 10 minute drive from Cordes in a small village on the hillside, away from the city crowds but easily acceptable. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious."

"Sadly the wifi wasn't working well in our room which is the only negative comment I can make but because to that it falls short of a perfect ten. Travellers needing wifi will be able to connect in the public areas."
