"Our second stay at this property and we look forward to many more. We had two weeks over Christmas and it was very comfortable and warm. Excellent facilities for all our Christmas cooking. Great location for site seeing and shopping. Lovely treats in the fridge, butter, yogurts and cottage cheese. These are produced on a nearby farm so we could purchase more from their shop. We look forward to our next holiday and I cannot think of anywhere else in France I would rather stay."

The grounds were absolutely beautiful – my children adored spending time in the gardens, splashing in the pool, and playing on the tree swing. There’s so much history connected to the house, which we really enjoyed learning about. Our hosts, Howard and Ali, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. After a long drive from England, the gorgeous welcome hamper waiting for us was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Overall, it was just a superb stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, surrounded by nature and cared for by wonderful hosts, this is the place to choose – you won’t regret it!
