"Location fantastic, overall there was a lot of good things but quite a few little niggles that added up. On our first night we had a power cut but we're only offered help remotely but through brute force we managed to reset the breakers. The pool is lovely but due to trees hanging over it, it was full of twigs and leaves..... Why not cut the tree back. No toilet on the pool level and no usb ports anywhere."

"The spacious, apartment is in a residential area of apartment blocks, it was not very easy to identify the correct block, Fabrice, the host “guided” us in. There is on site surface parking. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre, there are shops closer. As it’s on the 7th floor you get great views. Troyes is very walkable with many bars, restaurants & shops. Interesting architecture."
