"The facility is excellent but poorly signposted and I had great problems finding it at night. I drove around the Bergerac region for three hours last night looking for it and drove past it several times before I called into.a McDonald's and asked on of the staff where the Ibis Hotel Bergerac was. As it turned out, the Ibis was virtually next door to the Maccas but there were no signposts on the main road going past to indicate its location. Also, when I rang to get assistance while driving around search for the hotel, the girl on duty had no English so she couldn't help me. Given that Ibis is an international brand and Bergerac is clearly a high profile destination for English speaking tourists, all front of house staff should be trained to talk reasonable English as a matter of course."

"The breakfast included more than you expect in France. To get coffee and water 24/7 was a nice surprise and that keeps you going in Paris för long days. The area is calm but still very close to street life, good food etc. The walking distance to Opera Bastille was helpful when we returned home late nights."
