"Appartement confortable, bien agencé et proche du centre historique de Vannes. Trois grandes chambres. Climatiseur installé en raison de la chaleur."

"Pas possible d’ouvrir dans une des chambres et la pièce de vie car ancien local commercial. Bruit important de l’appareil d’aération qui fonctionne la nuit. Manque une bouilloire électrique."

"Die Lage ist in Gehdistanz zu Bahnhof und Stadt. Sehr schöne Stadt mit Hafen. Als sich ein Problem ergab in der Wohnung war der Vermieter sofort bereit,vorbeizukommen um dieses zu lösen."

"An vorderer Front können Fenster nicht geöffnet werden (Erdgeschoss), aber Lüftung und Ventilator vorhanden. In hinteren Zimmern und Badezimmer sind Fenster"

"Excellent place to stay when traveling in the region. Philippe is an excellent host - very warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was especially excellent with home-made brioche, fruit jams, spreads, etc. served with big care in the cozy yard/terrasse. The room and the living room you can use are spacious with facilities to make coffee or tea. The room and the bathroom were very clean with everything you may need during your stay. Highly recommended!"

"The location is excellent. Beautiful waterfront view. You can swim directly in front of the apartment and towels, umbrella and mats are provided. The apartment was old style but reasonably well maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the large balcony doors allowed the cooler morning air into the apartment. Communication with the owner and manager was cordial and welcoming. There is a bus on the road behind the apartment on the first corner left after exiting the apartment and down the one block. This takes you into Canne for 1 euro 40 and you tap on with credit card. We enjoyed our stay."
