"This apartment is in a great location—right in the center of everything. The area is fabulous, with plenty of charming bakeries and cafés just steps away. There are also two supermarkets within a one-minute walk, and the Metro station is only about four minutes away, making it super convenient to get around. The host was very proactive and always quick to respond to messages, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Perfect location for our Parisian vacation! Apartment is in a quiet building on a lively pedestrian street filled with beautiful gourmet food shops grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants and boutiques. Staying on this beautiful street was a highlight of our trip! The apartment was roomy enough for the three of us and we enjoyed having a kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. and a washing machine."

"The beds were not the most comfortable but fine for a few nights to a week. We unfortunately arrived during a heatwave and there was no air con but we knew that beforehand (it’s not typical anywhere in Paris so comes at a high price if you do want it) and they gave us an extra fan which was lovely of them and we just stayed out and about everyday anyhow."

"L'appartamento è situato in una zona centrale e facile per raggiungere la metro e le fermate dei bus. La strada sottostante era piena di negozi e ho apprezzato molto il supermercato sotto casa che, tra l'altro, chiude alle ore 24,00."

"Nella casa mancava un colapiatti per le stoviglie e qualche prodotto in più per la pulizia giornaliera. Inoltre, dopo 9 giorni, ancora non ho ricevuto il deposito cauzionale di € 300,00 che avevo pagato all'arrivo. Come mai?"

"Muy cerca del subway. Hay varios cafecitos y tiendas para comer sobre esa calle. Acogedor el departamento. Ana quien nos recibió muy amable. El hecho de que el water esté separado de la ducha es una ventaja siendo 5 personas. Excelente localización. A pesar de estar en 4to piso tiene elevador. Con gusto me volvería a hospedar aquí."

"This facility allowed me to travel (mom), with 2 18-year old sons, hence the need for beds for 3 adults. The beds were comfortable. The 18 year old son who used the sofa bed also reported that it was comfortable. It was a welcomed addition to also be able to do laundry mid-way through our vacation. We were a 5-minute walk from the metro "Villiers," which made travel about 20 minutes or so to downtown, via metro. Very accessible to all the touristy locations. Also we had a later night out one evening. Riding home on the metro, then walking to our apartment didn't feel unsafe."

"I neglected to ask how to turn on the air conditioners when we first arrived, but the weather ended up towards the cooler side, and the fan was sufficient for the cooler sleeps we prefer. Also, the toilet room is seperate (as in across the apartment) from the bathroom sink and shower. I think this might be more of a European -style vs. our American style, however, one cannot immediately wash hands following the use of toilet). Also, I would have preferred having wash clothes provided for face washing. One needs to pack those if that is a preferred means for daily hygiene. This is just a slight "didn't like," which would not deter me from renting again. The facility truly is located in a charming place and managed well."
