"The host was very friendly and great at explaining house rules and demonstrating how to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location, everything was pretty central and very easy to get to via walking. The apartment was very accommodating with all necessities available and was in fantastic condition. The only downside was the stairs to get up to the apartment, it made it rather difficult to get our suitcases up. But other than that the apartment exceeded all my expectations and we had a lovely stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!"

"The apartment has absolutely zero OK views. The windows are located inwards towards filthy portions of the inner building. Bird droppings everywhere on the windowsill. Apartment was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. It was a nightmare to put the kids to sleep when the apartment remained 30C at night with the ceiling fans on. Someone’s alarm was going off since 2221 till the morning every night for almost the entire stay while we needed to have windows open to survive. The heat is likely not an issue during the colder months."

"Perfect location in the heart of Annecy adjacent to shops, bars and restaurants. For a family of 3, even though it was 1 bedroom, the lounge was like a 2nd bedroom so good privacy and so quiet. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities"

"Zero personal contact, it’s run from a digital system. Make sure you download the entry instructions as the local internet is very weak and we were in trouble trying to to get in as I could download it. Also the pillows on the bed were large and way too firm, which really put a dampener on our sleeping. Ended up sleeping with no pillow!! You should also be aware that you need to climb 3 flights of stairs."

"Petit Appartement très confortable, avec du charme, en plein centre de la vieille ville d’Annecy. Protocole d’arrivée bien rôdé, notre hôte était très réactive par email en cas de besoin. Lieux très propres à notre arrivée et linge en quantité. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes, deux enfants), nous recommandons."

"L’emplacement est très pratique, en plein centre avec de nombreux restos à moins de 2 minutes à pieds et le lac à 5 minutes. L’appartement est très propre, tout est en bon état et cela incite à le respecter. La literie est de bonne qualité et le calme de l’appartement permet de se reposer. La cuisine est bien équipée et il est possible de se faire correctement à manger. Je recommande cet appartement."

"Mon habitude est de louer des endroits pour lesquels il n’y a pas de caution à laisser. Il serait bon de le signaler avant de louer car je me suis sentie prise en otage sans autre choix que de la verser (prévenue la veille) sinon je n’avais pas le code de la porte et je perdais le montant de ma location si je décidais de louer ailleurs (non annulable). C’est dommage car l’appartement vaut vraiment le coup et je comprends l’intérêt de la caution mais le signaler serait courtois pour les clients."
