"The location was excellent - really close to the main square and all its bars and restaurants. The accommodation was really nice and had everything we needed. We booked to be close to the Eurotunnel for an early start in the morning. We ended up having a really nice evening in Bethune."

"Modern, well presented and very comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The lighting is good. Amazing what can be done with a little space; it felt much larger inside."

"The property had everything we needed (including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee pods, nutella and jam). Also allowed our dog to travel with us. Parking is free but within certain times of the day. The owner answered promptly to my questions prior to departure and that made our journey even better."

"Not about the property, but we found that the shops nearby opened a different days which made the experience within town a little difficult. Highly recommend the Boulangerie at the Grand Place, near the Beffroi."

"Les poêles mériteraient d’être renouvelées. Avec le passage fréquent des voyageurs, j’imagine que leur entretien n’est pas toujours évident. Les oreillers étaient trop épais et fermes, idéal pour un canapé mais pas pour dormir, pour ma part, je n’ai pas pu les utiliser et ai préféré dormir sans."
