"This is a wonderful place located in a a great area. The place is just like the picture shows, maybe even a bit better. The apartment is clean and very cosy and the fireplace adds a lot of charm - perfect to enjoy some relaxing evenings. The hosts are really great - very welcoming, kind and helpful."

"Great location in the center of Nice, near the market and main train station. The building is very secure and the big plus is to have private parking below the building. The building and the apartment are new, spacious, great balcony. Even if the traffic is loud, when you close the windows you do not hear it. In the kitchen was everything you need for cooking, we got exstra free coffe and a complimentary bottle of vine. We found this gesture very nice. The internet worked perfect. Very good communication with the host via whatsup. Somebody waited for us in front of the garage to hand over the keys. We are very grateful for that. When we left, we could leave the keys on the table. We will come again for sure."
