"Breakfast was typical French style , with the usual pastries, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, great coffee. Room - good size , very comfortable bed Location - ideal for the city centre, short walk, and very peaceful at night"

"We had a wonderful three-day stay in Montpellier at the 4 Etoiles. Pierre is an incredible host. He recommended restaurants, provided information about the city and even made an extended telephone call for us (our car had broken down the day before we arrived). The bed and breakfast is in a beautiful old building that’s been in Pierre’s family for generations. Our room was clean, stylish and functional. The breakfast was good, croissants and baguette, fresh juice and fruit salad. We loved Montpellier and look forward to staying at the 4 Etoiles again."

"Pierre was warm and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. He has an extensive knowledge of the area. The breakfast was excellent. The Les Arceaux neighbourhood was quiet at night, interesting, by day, and close to the downtown area on foot and by tram. We highly recommend Les 4 Etoiles."

"Incredible stay in Les 4 Etoiles with wonderful host Pierre. Delicious breakfast each morning. During our visit there was a heatwave in Montpellier but the property has air conditioning so remained cool despite the scorching temperatures outside. We used the shared kitchen to prepare some food most evenings because it was so hot in the city so this facility was another huge bonus. There is a lush veranda next to the living area with plants and greenery and we quickly discovered this was the perfect place for breakfast. Pierre has a vast knowledge about Montpellier and the area and was really helpful in providing advice on what to visit. We would definitely visit again and strongly recommend!"

"Super set up. Spacious sophisticated room with a great bed. Perfect air conditioning for the heat. Modern fully furnished kitchen and eating area. Outdoor balcony too. Pierre is a wonderful gentile host. He provided an excellent crafted breakfast and met us regularly to chat and advise. He even supplied us towels and a parasol for the beach. Great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would give 11 if we could"

"We had a fantastic stay in Pierre’s guest rooms in Montpellier. The rooms were beautiful and stylish with comfortable beds and a great shower. A highlight every morning was the freshly prepared breakfast which we chose to eat on the pretty terrace. The property is in a residential location very close to a tram stop (line 3), or a shortish walk into the old town. We enjoyed the local food market close by under the viaduct (check days). Montpellier is a beautiful place, full of light and life and Pierre is the perfect host, genuinely attentive, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this special place and are looking forward to returning."
