"Excellent price/quality ratio for a longer stay to cycle the most mythical cols. Lovely host - reactif, clear in the instructions to retrieve keys. Plenty of cost free parking options in reasonable distance + possibility to have direct access to load during certain hours. Large common area in the building which is regularly cleaned. Easy to bring up the bikes to the apartment. Enough space to store them in the studio. Hyperlocal next to a grocery store which is open every day and quite extensively (runs sometimes in self checkout with no access to alcohol or products with an alarm tag) as there is only a guard. Lovely cat who stares at you from the apartment across the street. Nice view on mountains too."

"Noise, sewery smell, heat. Mixed building with some social security offices, hypnotherapist (CCTV and waiting lounge next to studio) and a restaurant. Bring earplugs. We called it the 5.15/7.07 vacation, as every morning at 5:15 AM the restaurant would drag out the tables underneath the window of the bedroom, set it up noisily, and start prepping in the kitchen (constant hum). 7:07 is for the 7 minutes the churchbells are ringing late :) With the heat and the studio being under the roof, you need to keep the two windows open to create some airflow, else there is a hot humid sewery smell (which you never get rid off in the bathroom). Be prepared to get close to the neighbours in the building across. Very charming but always smoking on the window and having an eye on you. Blind in the bedroom (which is super tight BTW if you are tall) doesn't fully shut. So bring sleeping mask if you need darkness. Nothing to hang your laundry (done in bathtub). Cycling kits do not dry in the bathroom as too humid. You will need to sacrifice the chairs."
