"Very hospitable host Michel! Do notice that this is not a hotel like you are used to. You basically stay 'in house' on the same floor where the owner and his daughter live. But you are welcomed as if you are part of the family and Michel takes good care of you. Breakfast is very good with cheeses, meats, bread, little baked sweets, jams, hazelnut spread, several (bottled) juices and good coffee."

"It was not me but my husband who stayed there- now this is the pure example when the host goes above and beyond: he greeted with kindness and support after normal hours, provided food and let my husband in even when he was covered in mud and extremely exhausted. We cannot say thank you enough, it was the biggest save and we hope the whole family can visit again. The area so so picturesque, it´s worth a visit for anyone! PS: even the cat was so kind it´s unbelievable. Merci Michel pour tout, j'espère que mon mari n'était pas trop grincheux après cette longue journée !"

"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au Rétro. Le chalet est super bien situé pour aller skier, on y dort très bien, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et l'ambiance super chaleureuse. Nous avons été vraiment bien accueilli et nous avons eu pleins de conseils super utiles."
