"Comfortable and spacious house for our family of 4. Everything was prepared for our arrival. Located close to metro. The instructions for getting to the property and getting in were very clear. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook: olive oil, salt... Which is great for those who are going to cook. There was a coffee maker and capsules to use. The bathroom also had everything we needed. Close to a good bakery."

"Bardzo podobał się nam pobyt w apartamencie. Był przyjemnie urządzony i czysty. Pomocne były dodatki - szampon, odżywka, waciki, przyprawy w kuchni (kawa i herbata ), nawet tabletki do pralki! To było bardzo miłe. Blisko metro i dojazd do centrum Paryża w 30 min. Do Disneyland 1 godzina. Polecamy i mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy:)"

"A nice comfortable well appointed house in a good location. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Nice for a group of friends. Walking distance to most things you want to do in Bolougne. There is also parking in the local side streets. Patisseries, Carrefour Express and bars nearby."

"Authentic view from the window with historic buildings of Nice visible in the distance. The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening as the sun sets. The apartment has a pleasant layout, everything is neat and convenient. Wi-Fi 300-500 mbs🔥The kitchen is well-equipped, and the warm tones with natural light create a cozy atmosphere. The flat is compact but very comfortable. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the sea 🏝️, and the street is clean and quiet. A special experience is crossing the tram tracks surrounded by green grass as you head toward the beach. There is a full Carrefour supermarket just across the road, including organic options. A great place to feel the real vibe of Nice. AZZZZUR baby 😎☀️"

"We had an excellent cosy stay, away from the town agitation but within minutes drive from the center. The room was huge and very clean and the view was fantastic. All other accommodation we could find within the same price range was way below this quality and didn't offer a private bathroom. I particularly liked having access to a spacious terrace which looked cosy and offered a great view of the Normandie countryside. Added to that, the quirky room decor gives the place a lot of personality and makes the stay memorable. The bathroom is big and again nicely decorated. Last, but most important, our host was fantastic. Unfortunately our stay was short and didn't get to meet in person, but communication was prompt and very helpful. Thank you very much for a great stay, excellent quality for a good price!"
