"Being an inhabited house, there were all comforts that are in everyone's house. Plus, the host was really kind in leaving coffee, teas and a lot of food. It's a very recent house where we found a modern big TV, WiFi, a wide bathroom, dishwasher and even some place outside where to spend time."

"Hard to find without host's assistance (that she provided), had to figure out how to lock the door, but we managed. It was ok for 5 people, but if we had been 6 as initally planned then 2 of us would have had a tought time in sleeping in the fairly small bed in the dining room."

"Logement entier très bien équipé et au calme. Hôte super réactive : réservation effectuée à 27h pour une prise de logement à 19h. Youpi ! Une soirée en famille très agréable dont nous nous souviendrons longuement."

"Location was stunning in small but beautiful Cotignac. Right on the prettiest square + fountain where you could watch daily life from the french balcony. Jonny the host was a very friendly, practical and affable host. Felt like we made a new friend instantly though we stayed only one night. Spacious + everything worked fine in kitchen + bathroom."

"Nous sommes venue entre amie passez un week end pour la st Sylvestre. Le logement est top, il est situé dans un bourg mais en pleine campagne ce qui permet de se ressourcer et de passez un bon moment entre amies. Celui ci est grand et bien équipé. Si vous êtes un groupe d’amies nous vous le recommandons!"

"Lovely old French house with lots of character. Very pleasant garden for relaxing and eating outdoors. Very well equipped."

"This place is special - firstly because the rooms and overall villa are top class, secondly because they serve you a lovely French breakfast on-site and thirdly (& most importantly) because the hospitality & kindness of the hosts is beyond first class, it's as if you're a member of the family! My friends and I are felt like we were leaving loved ones when we left because the energy and kindness from the owners (& their 2 dogs) was so heartfelt. Also the local town is only a 10-15mins walk with lots of great bars and food options. Not all restaurants are welcoming though but a special shout out to Le Royale - again, great service and food!"
