"The apartment is clean and well organised. The location is pretty good, walking distance to the city centre."

"It could have a shower instead of a bathtub. The bathroom is too small to have a bathtub, making things more complicated and dangerous, especially for old people. The common area downstairs has a bad smell, but I recognize this is not the owner falt."
