"We have just come back from a weeks stay at Chateau Mondou, we rented La Loge. The chateau itself is a beautiful building with large picturesque grounds and the other gites are lovely converted barns.
It’s a really special place to spend your holiday and it’s in a perfect location. Peaceful and in the countryside, but only a 5-10 minute drive from the local town and all amenities. It’s also not far from lots of other places to visit and activities - kayaking, biking, villages, cities etc.
Rokus and Anne-Marie are excellent hosts and so friendly and welcoming. They were available to chat to, ask questions to and nothing is too much trouble! They are committed to you enjoying yourselves during your stay and are sociable and kind, encouraging you to treat the grounds as your home as much as theirs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again. Thank you both!"
