"La tranquillité des lieux, la situation en bordure de seine. La nature de l'hébergement, le plaisir d'être hébergé dans une auberge de plus de 600 ans, mais avec le confort moderne. Le propriétaire a meublé et décoré les lieux avec des éléments de récupération, le tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût et donne un résultat très vintage, mais sans le côté plaqué et artificiel qu'on peut ressentir dans des chaînes d'hôtel classiques décorés avec ces mêmes objets."
