"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is incredibly cozy, very spacious, and impeccably clean. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed, and the living room features a sofa bed that is also extremely comfortable. The expansive balcony is perfect for outdoor dining, offering a stunning sea view. The kitchen is beautiful, with a charming peninsula, ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious lunches and dinners. The internal balcony provides a convenient laundry area, perfect for drying clothes and relaxing. Sylvie is a wonderful person, very helpful and kind in answering every question. She provided us with all the necessary information about the apartment connection. We are sure we will gladly return."

"Appartamento meravigliosi, 3° piano, molto luminoso con 2 balconi grandi attrezzati e senza ostruzione, balcone del salone che si affaccia sulla baia e si vede fino a Nizza, balcone della cucina che riceve il sole pomeriggio. Appartamento attrezzato di tutto l'essenziale in cucina, bagno, ecc., e molto bene arredato. Consiglio veramente e ci piacerebbe tornare."
"Mi raccomando per dormire meglio consiglio come abbiamo fatto di passare l'aspirapolvere sui cuscini del schienale del letto, ed eventualmente anche del divano del salone, non si pensa a toglierne la polvere ma è importante. In cucina mancano un coperchio per le pentole, manca una buona padella con coperchio. Il resto è perfetto."

"Très beau séjour dans cette villa très bien située par rapport aux plages, commerces, restaurants, tout en étant au calme avec une très belle vue mer et jardins, sans vis à vis. Trois belles terrasses soit à l'ombre ou au soleil. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec en prime une chambre froide parfait par temps chaud. Belles grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle d'eau. Beau jardin, très bien entretenu. Cette villa est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis ce très beau séjour sans fausses notes et à Marion pour son écoute."

"Super convenient location between the train station and old town. The apartment is small but well laid out with everything you need for a short stay. There is a wonderful bakery very close by for your breakfast croissant. It's clean and neat. We especially loved how quiet it was."

"We liked the location, rural but not far from Eymet, walkable but bring a torch!The property itself is one of several larger Gîtes and the smallest of them with views over the surrounding countryside. In effect it is a studio with a nice big bathroom and a walk-in shower. Cycling locally was a pleasure, quiet roads, good surfaces."
