"Location of this apartment was excellent. Better again was the apartment itself. It was spacious and had a wow factor. We were visiting from NZ so we enjoyed the space so much after a few smaller apartments we had been to earlier in our travels. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had great expectations of using it but the food close by was more tempting. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting fabulous Dijon."

"Small niggles, such as TV freebox not working and having to change boiler settings to get hot water. Walking up the and down the stairs was a minor problem for my parents. But nothing to affect our very nice stay."

"Large and wel equipped property. Old building with lots of character and really well refurbished. Excellent location, a few minutes away from the Palais des Ducs and les Halles. Safe parking space in an enclosed area."

"Needs a bit of maintenance. Boiler of showers was leaking, window in the bathroom does not close properly so it gets cold and noisy in the bathroom. Flat is not suited for people with reduces mobility, on the third floor without elevator. Also an issue if your luggage is heavy."

"Excellent location close to the historic heart of Dijon. The property is beautifully furnished - the light fittings are incredible. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely visit again."

"Key pick up and drop off at a different location in a difficult (for visitors) part of Dijon. No parking, one-way streets etc. Despite the property being advertised as 2 bathroom, there is only 1 toilet; so if you are travelling with people who need a little more privacy, this may be an issue."

"1. Третий этаж по лестнице без лифта. 2. Две ванные комнаты без унитазов. Плюс один отдельный туалет с одним унитазом. То есть всего один унитаз на всю квартиру. Между ванными комнатами и спальнями нет дверей."

"Schönes grosses Appartement. Tolle zentrale Lage und sehr ruhig. Bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer. Grosser TV. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll dass man einen Parkplatz hat."

"Die Heizung war bei der Ankunft auf 19 Grad. In der Nacht runter auf 18 Grad. Wir haben dann aufgeheizt auf 23 Grad tagsüber. Am Schluss hat es dann besser funktioniert. WC-Brille zu klein und nicht richtig befestigt."
