Le Cyrano - Versailles

"The location was outstanding. Having the toilet separated from the shower was also helpful. Great iron on site! Everything you need to make breakfast/dinner is there."

"We were only given two coffee capsules and two toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 3 nights. No dishwasher soap was provided (the dispenser was empty), which was especially strange, considering you had to wash your dishes according to the house rules. We had to buy those things on our own. The video provided by the owner would be slightly more helpful if it showed the person retrieving the key instead of the key being already in the person’s position. The last and the worst thing is the deposit. The owner says it was sent back however I haven't received it. I'm now tracking it with my bank but due to the fact it was released with a retroactive date it caused chaos and it takes time (it's currently 10 days after our stay was finalized). I still don't have the money back. I strongly discourage using the owner’s link to pay the deposit and insist on having this dealt with through booking."

"The location was ideal to visit the palace. To stay such a beautifully restored historic building was a special experience for me."

"The hefty deposit was a shock to my budget, but I'm sure I will have it returned quite soon."

"la situation près d'une superette près du chateau près du RER"

"pour trouver le portail dire qu'il est au fond de l'impasse à droite."

"I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Versailles, just a short walk from the Château. The location could not be more perfect — close to shops, cafés, and of course the palace itself. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It felt both cozy and elegant, and I truly enjoyed every moment there. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Versailles."

"The only minor issue was the fan,it wasn’t as effective as I hoped. Everything else was perfect."
