"Comfortable guest house well placed for an overnight stay not too far from the autoroute south of Rouen. Emmanuelle joined us for the delicious evening meal she provided. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful array of home cooked jams."
"Finding it is a bit of a challenge. Luckily an earlier review had given clear details, which I repeat…. Leave A11 at Jct 17, take D316 heading South, at the small roundabout take the 2nd exit marked Evreux, then very shortly after this Le Clos du Buisson is down a no through road on the right. Go down to the end. Do NOT turn right at the roundabout to St Julien de la Liegue. Mosquitos - some spray in the room would have been good."

"Comfortable idyll. We (family of 4) stayed here for 1 night on our way to the ferry back to the UK. We had 2 rooms with own bathrooms in a separate building from the main house - really comfortable & thoughtfully decorated. Both had blackout blinds, which is a bonus! It's a smallholding with chickens, a donkey and horses, which our children loved. Fresh bread, homemade jams and fresh eggs for breakfast - heaven! The proprietor is fluent in English & recommended us a good place for supper."

"The host was very welcoming. The property was confortable, clean, very well situated for travelling south after an afternoon ferry to Dieppe, and extremely dog-friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of homemade items. Emanuelle recommended (and reserved) a local restaurant that was excellent and very reasonable. On our return, we were greeted by a roaring fire in the sitting room, which was a lovely touch."

"The property is set in stunning countryside. Every view from the house is the most beautiful picture. It is so peaceful. The accommodation has been refurbished to the highest standards. The property was so clean and the lady who showed us the property was delightful. The owner was excellent before and during our stay; giving us advice when needed. I would highly recommend the property. The surrounding areas have beautiful restaurants but the supermarket is also nearby so you can make the most of eating in and out. We will return again !"

"I stayed at Mas Lo Faix with my boyfriend and my daughter for two nights and it was such a lovely experience. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. The pool was definitely my favorite part, so nice to just relax by it, go for a swim, and be surrounded by nature. The owners were also super kind and sweet, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is a must! Everything is homemade with fresh products from around, and dinner was also really good. It’s the perfect place if you just want to switch off from the city, work, and noise, and simply enjoy the peace and nature around you. If you’re looking for a quiet and authentic place to rest, I’d definitely recommend Mas Lo Faix. Big thanks to the whole team for everything!"
