"Bon emplacement, logement très propre et accueillant."

"La porte d'entrée donne en direct dans la rue depuis la chambre et ne semble pas très solide. Pour une femme seule, j'ai été moyennement rassurée. Mais tout s'est tout de même bien passé !"

"Les radiateurs allumés, c'etait sympa, même si nous les avons très peu mis."

"Un Grill pain aurait été fort apprécié 😀 L'air passe sous la porte d'entrée, il suffirait de mettre un boudin de bas de porte. Les accessoires sont minimalistes, par exemple un pichet pour l'eau, quelques étagères aussi 😉"

"Die kleine Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Fischerhaus mit Blick auf die Kirche des kleinen Ortes. Nett eingerichtet, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, alles funktionell und gut durchdacht. Eine schmale Treppe führt auf die Wohnetage und dann noch mal in die Schlafzimmer, das ist etwas sportlich. Der Betreiber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns eine tolle Adresse zum Fischessen genannt."

"A great place to stay in Caen! Let me start with the most important aspect — the people. Communication was excellent: before arrival, I received all the necessary information, and during my stay, any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. As for the apartment itself, it's spacious, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-equipped. Everything was very clean. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable, and so was the sofa in the living room. If you’re planning to sleep in the living room, it's worth noting that the windows overlook a popular pedestrian street with a few venues, so you might hear some noise. However, it was just normal conversation-level sounds — no loud parties — and it didn’t bother us at all. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!"
