"The arrangements for entry were poor. There was no-one there when we arrived and no-one verbally answered any of the calls made to the contact number (we do speak sufficiently good French). No instructions had been received beforehand. Eventually a text message was acknowledged (by text) and someone came to give us the codes. The process wasted at least 30 minutes. We eventually found that the owners had sent us a message with full instructions via booking.com at 9:37 that morning, by which time we were travelling and had no internet access. If, like many other owners, the owners had sent us this information the evening before by email and preferably also by SMS there would have been no problem. An apology would also have been nice."

"Easy access from main road, in a beatufil valley near the Col d'Izoard. Very cosy house with nice wooden construction accents and furniture. Room had all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Balanced breakfast with hearty and sweet options. Loved the communal kitchen which was super equipped. Easy parking in front of the house, and amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Super kind hosts providing support at all times. Highly recommend!"

"Le wifi ne fonctionnait à l'arrivée, mais le problème a vite été réglé. Vous ne croiserez pas forcément quelqu'un du personnel lors de votre séjour, ce n'est pas un problème en soit, mais si vous n'avez pas la monnaie pour la taxe de séjour, ça peut être embêtant. Précision pour mes amis motards, même s'il y a un parking à disposition, il n'est pas à l'abris, ni sécurisé."

"Unser Apartment war riesig groß und im EG gelegen, was bei 35°C draußen ein echter Vorteil war. Die Einrichtung ist französisch-alpin funktional und ohne Schnick-Schnack - und doch fehlt es an nichts. Das Frühstück ist gut und funktioniert im Self-Service mit im Kühlschrank je Zimmer bereit gestelltem Aufschnitt und Butter. Erneut sehr funktional und wieder ist alles da, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Mir hat das Apartment gut gefallen und ich komme wieder, die Stille und die frische Luft in der Nacht sind einfach genial - und die Betten waren super bequem."
