The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped and the terrace is a delight for eating and drinking, though there are no reclining chairs. Angelo is an efficient and helpful property manager."

"There was some noise from work being done nearby. Water was turned off during our first day on account of replacement of pipes being installed for the whole building. No problems after that."

"Ich hatte einen späten Flug, mein Freund ist früher angekommen und hat den Vermieter getroffen. Hat gut geklappt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir die Koffer noch bis nachmittags im Apartment lassen. Das Apartment ist liebevoll & gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche groß & gut ausgestattet. Auch der Balkon ist groß, wir haben in der Sonne da gefrühstückt & (eingeschränktem) Meerblick. Den Verkehrslärm von der Promenafe hört man dafür kaum. Vor dem Häuserkomplex (Apartment ist in Block 2, hinter Block 1) ist eine Bushaltestelle, zur Straßenbahn geht man ca 7 min. Carrefour ist um die Ecke, Bioladen 2min weiter."

"Wir hatten Bettdecken ohne Bezug und gemeinsam nur eine große dünne Decke. Wir haben erst am Abreisetag erfahren, dass die Bettdecken ohne Bezug zu nutzen sind. Diesbezüglich haben wir eine Rückmeldung durch den Vermieter vermisst."
