"Hors saison, c'était presque parfait. Appart spacieux pour 4, literie très confortable, douche impec, cuisine très bien équipée, petite terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et un bout du lac, la voiture en bas au pied de la résidence, sortie et entrée autonomes avec boîte à clefs. 30 euros espèces nécessaires pour 1 kit linge de lit et serviettes."

"Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le wifi dans l'appart. La télévision et un bon livre sont à la fête !"

"Le portant de la douche ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande marche mal, et PRATIQUEMENT PAS DE WIFI, les 2 premiers jours ça marchait pour une personne et en intermittence et les 3 derniers jours plus rien du tout"

Michele und Jean-Pierre sind die wundervollsten Gastgeber, die wir auf unseren vielen Reisen kennen gelernt haben. Sie gaben uns Tipps für Ausflüge, Weintrauben und Äpfel aus dem Garten und eine Einladung zum selbst zubereiteten Abendessen. Was aber noch viel mehr zählt…ihre Freundschaft! Vielen vielen Dank !!!"

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"
