"- The property is located in a beautiful and peacefiul square on the opposite bank of the river from the main town - a simple and pleasant 20 minute walk. - Free parking is available in the local streets - There are many bars, shops and small supermarkets in the immediate area - Angers is a fantastic city - The garden at the house offers shade if the weather is very hot (it wasn't during our visit)"

"These are not negatives as we were aware before we travelled, but people should take note before booking that: - The bathroom is small and the shower is tiny - Cooking facilities are limited (e.g. no full sized oven) THIS IS A CRITICISM: - The checking in process and finding the keys is crazy! You receive a message that there is no number '12' on the front door. SO PUT ONE ON THE DOOR TO MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR EVERYONE! You are also advised that the keys are held in a lock box around the corner (in a different street) hidden behind some ivy. They are actually beside the property's rear entrance but you don't know that at the time. WHY NOT MOVE THE LOCK BOX SO THAT IT IS LOCATED BY THE FRONT DOOR, AGAIN MAKING LIFE EASIER? After having driven for over six hours to get to the house, I was not in the mood for such unnecessary complications."

"C’est la troisième fois que je viens dans ce bel appartement pour des raisons professionnelles, et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir. L’appartement est très bien équipé, idéalement situé et parfaitement sécurisé. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Un grand merci à Karine, la concierge, pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance."

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Angers dans l’appartement Le Botanica : un lieu joliment décoré, bien aménagé et idéalement situé dans un quartier paisible, tout en étant proche du centre-ville. La conciergerie, disponible très rapidement en cas de besoin, est un vrai plus. Si je devais revenir à Angers, c’est sans hésiter que je choisirais à nouveau cet établissement !"

"Petite maison avec toutes les commodités pour passer un petit week-end en amoureux sur Angers. Idéalement situé à 5/10 minutes du centre ville à pied, parking gratuit juste devant, le salon est très cocooning. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Le service de conciergerie est impeccable. Je recommande le Botanica."

"Мурахи з саду пролізли у квартиру , і їх було вже ну дуже дуже багато , добре що це сталось в останній день перебування, коли потеплішало на вулиці. Але це дрібничка , яку я сподіваюсь господарі виправлять !"

"L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif et aux photos. Le jardin est grand est très agréable et le quartier est charmant. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser la cuisine."

"Petits bémols à une expérience globalement très positive : - Sans le support téléphonique de la conciergerie j'aurais mis un bout de temps à trouver la boîte à clef. - Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée mais une clef 4G m'a été proposée et le pb a été corrigé rapidement."
