"The ideal place to stay. Immaculate, stylish, comfortable accommodation in the best location under the direction of charming host M. Phillippe. So many small details and thoughtful touches to make the stay perfect. I never write reviews - am only doing this one as L’Altelier is such a special place. Phillippe is to be congratulated for creating this great place in lovely Bayeux."

"Philippe is a gracious and charming host. He was super helpful with any request we had. The property is beautifully presented and perfectly located near many good restaurants and the main attractions of the town, all easily accessible by foot. Great base to explore Normandy. On site secure parking is a definite plus. Excellent breakfast provision with fresh bread and croissants delivered daily to the door at a time to suit you. Everything exceeded expectations!"

"L' Atelier is a beautifully decorated apartment that is perfectly located in Bayeux. It is an easy walk in any direction to get to the town's many restaurants and sites of interest (the Bayeux cathedral, for example, is a 3 minute walk away.) Phillipe is a great host. He delivers fresh breakfast each day. The apartment is cleaned and re-stocked daily as well. And having free secure parking right outside the door is great to have."
"While we did not have a problem, the narrow spiral staircase that leads from the living room to the upper floor bedroom could be a challenge for anyone who has mobility issues"
