"Studio indépendant très agréable et pratique. L' emplacement est idéal, avec un parking & une terrasse. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Petit plus pour la présence d'un étendoir, d'un micro-onde, de vaisselles & frigo. On a passé un super séjour. Nous sommes très satisfaits. Yvan est un hôte sympathique et à l'écoute. Idée d'amélioration : placer des moustiquaires 😉"

There's an equipped kitchen with Tea, coffee and other facilities. Was a most enjoyable stay in a quiet town/village, so it is very well done. "We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Bordeaux—close enough to the city center, just a pleasant walk or a quick tram ride away. The area is very charming, on one of the most beautiful streets in Bordeaux with tiny balconies, coffee places, boutiques, and antique shops. The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was helpful and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. With the riverfront just around the corner, this is an ideal spot to explore the city and we highly recommend it!"
