"1st floor, fully enclosed apartment with its own entrance - owner lives in property downstairs (easy to contact if there's an issue). Excellent location if you want a beach holiday in the south of France. 10 minute walk to the beach. Also close to shops and places to eat in Golf-Juan. Large property, with three substantial bedrooms, kitchen/diner and large outside seating area. A good base to explore the Cote d'Azur (but beware of overcrowded trains in the Summer). From the property we used the coastal trains to visit Monaco, Cannes, Nice & Grasse. No hidden costs - e.g. tourist tax included in initial payment."

"This was the highlight of our 9-day trip through France. We stayed in Paris, Beaune, Grignan, Aix-en-Provence and finally at Villa La Rose des Vents, and this was the best accommodation by far. The location is very easy to reach just above Fayence and Tourrettes, the rooms and facilities spacious and functional, but the best were the hosts José, Brigitte and Yorkshire Terrier Coco :) Both José and Brigitte were very hospitable and friendly, knowledgeable and frequently checking in with us whether they could assist with anything else, they tailored our breakfast choices and they both researched where I could watch the CL finale, which number to call to reserve etc. I have been working for the past 20 years in many luxury hotels across Europe for international chains such as Starwood, Marriott and NH, and I can confirm that their level of detail and customer care is on par with the best. Top notch and worth every penny! We cannot wait to be back!"

"What a lovely experience. The accommodation was spacious warm and very comfortable set in beautiful surroundings. The hosts felt like family and made us feel very welcome! We had dinner prepared by our host Philippe who previously was a chef and owned a restaurant. We had a typical Burgundian 3 course meal plus amuse bouche and an aperitif. It was truly the best meal I have eaten in our many visits to Beaune and the surrounding villages. We will definitely be coming back!"
