"Absolutely fabulous apartment, beautifully furnished, with stunning decor. The two main rooms (that we dubbed North Wing and South Wing) are on either side of the plush sitting room, so each had good privacy. Mine had a walk-in wardrobe which was a real treat. The third room is outside in a separate split-level studio, with its own entrance off the main courtyard. The very well equipped kitchen in the main house was our meeting point each morning, then onto the grand dining room to have our breakfast (there’s a terrific bakery nearby), before heading out to a chateau/vineyard. The location of the apartment was ideal, off a lovely street of charming bars and restaurants for the evenings. Finally, I have to mention the owner: who was delightful and super helpful."

"We had a truly wonderful stay in Annecy! The location was ideal – very central and within walking distance to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. The home itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, if not better. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. Thank you so much for your hospitality – we would love to come back again in the future!"

"L''appartement est très agréable, près de la mer et du sentier littoral en bordure de la résidence Cap Soleil. Il dispose de 2 chambres avec lit double, l'une est au premier niveau et fermée, l'autre est en mezzanine (ouverte sur le séjour) avec lit 1 lit 160 et 1 lit simple. Il est très bien équipé en électro-ménager (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, ...) et TV. Mais nous n'avons pas trouvé le wifi ni reçu de code pour cela. La résidence dispose de 2 piscines, mais une seule est ouverte jusqu'à début juillet, elle est très agréable. Il y a également 3 tennis, des jeux pour enfants. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour nous (174 € pour 2 nuits)"
